Centrifugal Glass Wool
Centrifugal glass wool is a silk-like
material made by fiberization in the TEL
process and spraying of thermosetting resin.
By further deep processing of thermal setting,
this material can be made into series of
multi-purpose products. It features numerous
advantages: it is non-combustible, nontoxic,
and resistant to corrosion; it has low moisture
rate and good hydrophobicity. It is to date
a well-recognized heat preservation, thermal
insulation and sound absorption material
with excellent properties. It has found
wide applications. The board, felt and pipe
products made of this material have been
used in hest preservation, thermal insulation
and sound absorption in construction, chemical
industry, electronic industry, electric
power, metallurgy, energy industry and communication,
presenting very good result.
Centrifugal glass wool is soft with slim fiber,
thus not stimulating the skin during
constructions. Therefore, it has drawn
warm welcome of the construction unit,
becoming the principal option as the
insulation product.
