Product Introduction
High-temperature centrifugal glass wool
is the thermal insulation product, which
is light, durable, and high-temperature
resistant with excellent thermal preservation
ability. It is made from regular, thin and
flexible glass fiber combined with special
high-temperature binding agent.
Application
It is widely used in the thermal preservation
and insulation of equipments and pipelines
in industries like electric power, chemical
engineering, light industry and metallurgy.
The exterior protective course of the insulating
structure can adopt galvanized iron sheet,
aluminum sheet, and stainless steel or float
work product in accordance with the practical
needs.
Efficient Thermal Insulation Rate
The fiber of high-temperature glass wool
is regular and slim, which is arrayed vertically
with the heat transmitting direction. In
this way, it can stop hear transmission
efficiently, thus reducing the loss of energy.
It is easy to install the light high-temperature
glass wool. During installing process, the
general paper cutting knife can be applied
to cut for the desired size in accordance
with your demands.
Disintegrate resistant and stretch resistant
Uniform and slim fiber ensures strict intersection
and contact space. Therefore it is no need
worrying to appear pocket in the fixation
hole in general insulation materials subsequent
to a period of time or some vibrations,
which is because of the stretched fiber
occurred from the disjointed fiber. Under
this circumstance, the heat loss may increase

Chemical Prosperity
High-temperature glass wool’s PH value is
from 7 to 8, whose stripping chlorine content
is very small, thus producing no corrosive
action on equipments and pipelines.
Hydrophobicity
High-temperature glass wool is composed
by long glass fiber without slag balls.
Compared with other type of insulating materials,
it would not disintegrate because of the
water immersion or rain, and the insulating
performance remains unchanged after being
dried. (Hydrophobicity possessed by insulation
material does not mean the insulating material
can’t take up water, but represent the discharging
ability of the absorbing moisture.)
Health
High-temperature glass wool insulation material
